Psalms 33:21

Rejoicing means: “To have JOY-again.”

It is a good dose of “SUPERNATURAL HAPPINESS.”

Transition: Rejoicing is not based on my CIRCUMSTANCES; as is HAPPINESS.

Rejoicing is based on some things that never CHANGE.

2 Cor. 6:10 “As SORROWFUL, yet always REJOICING.”

In his sorrow; Paul said, I am ALWAY rejoicing.

In the WORST circumstances; he said, I can rejoice.

1 Peter 4:13 “But rejoice, in as much as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings, that when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.”
